These Terms & Conditions govern your ticket purchase and participation in Monetize Your Message LIVE, hosted by Platinum Performance Global LLC. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
Ticket Purchases & Payments:
All ticket sales (General Admission, VIP, and Virtual Access) are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to the event to arrange a transfer.
Event Details:
Monetize Your Message LIVE will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET at the Renaissance International Plaza Hotel, Tampa, FL, and online for Virtual Access ticket holders.
We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, speakers, or venue as needed.
Attendee Responsibilities:
Arrive on time. Doors open at 8:15 AM for in-person guests.
Maintain professional behavior throughout the event.
Respect the intellectual property of the event. Recording, duplication, or distribution of event content without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for:
Travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred in relation to the event.
Technical issues that may prevent Virtual Access attendees from participating due to individual internet or device problems.
Media Release:
By attending, you grant Platinum Performance Global LLC the right to use your image, likeness, and/or voice in photos, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
